10 Four Horsewomen

Becky and Charlotte, plus future stars Bayley and Sasha Banks all had the fortune of arriving in NXT at the same time and were soon putting on clinics against each other, gaining attention. Becky arrived on screens in April 2014 and Charlotte was present about a year earlier appearing on NXT in Florida in July 2013.

This was a happy time in the friendship - both were in the early stages of their career and had yet to hit the main roster. Still honing their craft and improving individually, then pushing each other to higher peaks in tag matches, fatal four-way contests and singles contests. Charlotte did end up winning the NXT Championship, while Becky failed to capture the big one in NXT, the only one of the Horsewomen not to do so.

9 Genesis Of The Women’s Revolution

Introduced by Stephanie onto the main roster as it was “time for a Revolution with women in sports and change in the Divas division” this memorable night went down in the summer of 2015. To give Team Bella stiffer competition, Charlotte, Becky and Sasha debuted on the main roster, while Bayley followed a little later.

Becky was first introduced on the night as someone who had to “scrap and fight for everything she had attained in life” in contrast to Charlotte who was “bred for this business and genetically superior”. Becky and Charlotte went on to form a trio with Paige labelled Team PCB (Paige-Charlotte-Becky).

8 Charlotte Wins Her First Championship

All smiles on this night with Team PCB initially as Becky, during her steampunk phase supported Charlotte the next night on Raw. Flair had won her first-ever championship on the main roster by defeating Niki Bella at Night of Champions 2015. Becky was referenced in Charlotte’s speech as her “protein sister”.

Paige spoiled the party by bad-mouthing Charlotte’s emotional speech, denouncing the women's revolution, citing nepotism, and picking on Becky as the weak link who will never win the big one. Charlotte came to her defence before Becky gotbetween them. The sisters were still strong here, as Charlotte ultimately faced Paige for the title in a trio of matches that winter.

7 Feud To Crown The Inaugural WWE Women’s Champion at Wrestlemania

The inevitable happened once Lynch innocently asked for a match with Charlotte to show “the entire WWE universe what we are capable of” in late November 2015. Charlotte slowly underwent a heel turn and used her father as an advantage in their match, feigning an injury, making Becky feel sympathy for her. This ignited the feud that only grew towards their eventual first big showdown at the Royal Rumble 2016 which Charlotte won.

Charlotte attacked Becky in early January solidifying herself as the villain in their rivalry, as everything moved towards Wrestlemania 32. This was the crowning of the first-ever WWE Women’s Champion in a memorable triple threat with Sasha Banks. Becky came up short on the night as Charlotte was crowned and Becky tapped.

6 Becky Turns On Charlotte - SummerSlam 2018

After spending some time apart on different brands with Becky winning her first-ever SmackDown Women's Title, they teamed up briefly to feud with the Riott Squad. The big shift in their relationship happened when Becky turned on Charlotte at SummerSlam 2018. Both had beaten the champion Carmella at different points so the match became a triple threat for the blue brand's women's belt.

With Becky nearly winning the match with a Dis-Arm-Her, Flair snuck in and hot Natural Selection to win the match with the pinfall on Becky. This enraged the Irish lady so much she attacked after the match and turned heel for the very first time in the WWE.

5 Trilogy Of Matches & Birth Of "The Man"

This is where truth started to blend with fiction as Becky claimed Charlotte was getting preferential treatment and holding her back. Fans eventually started supporting Lynch over the privileged Charlotte. Becky would go on a winning spree defeating Flair for the SmackDown Title at Hell in a Cell, then again at Super ShowDown, and at the first-ever all-women's WWE PPV Evolution in an epic Last Woman Standing match.

In the build-up to the Survivor Series 2018 PPV Lynch famously got her nose broken by Nia Jax to send her popularity to a new level and she also began using "The Man" moniker. Lynch ended up naming Flair her replacement against Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey for the PPV bout.

4 Lynch's Royal Rumble Victory

After Becky had lost her title at TLC to Asuka in a triple threat with Flair, she failed to regain the belt at the Royal Rumble in a singles contest. She did enter later at number 28 forcing Fit Finlay to allow her entry, taking Lana's spot after she was injured by Nia Jax.

The end-game went down between Becky and her old nemesis Charlotte. Lynch eventually eliminated Flair who had entered at number 13 and had lasted 50 minutes in the ring, compared to Becky needing just over 13 minutes to steal the victory. A Wrestlemania 35 title opportunity was in her grasp.

3 Wrestlemania 35 Main Event

Becky chose to face Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey at Wrestlemania 35, but was controversially suspended for 60 days for attacking Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. Charlotte was her replacement as their storylines continued to criss-cross - this was not well received by fans. Rousey wanted Lynch and in her match at Fastlane against Flair, Becky was helped to victory via DQ by the former MMA star, to set up yet another triple threat.

In the weeks that followed Flair won the SmackDown title from Asuka, making it a winner-takes-all match for both belts. Lynch pinned Rousey, albeit controversially for the win, becoming "Becky Two Belts".

2 Drafted Different Ways – Title Swap Controversy

Becky dropped the SmackDown title to Flair soon after Wrestlemania on a night where she defended both titles. Lynch was absent from the WWE for about a year due to her pregnancy, relinquishing her Raw Women's Championship. She returned at SummerSlam 2021 and defeated Bianca Belair in record time for the SmackDown Women's Title.

In the build-up to Survivor Series and with Charlotte as Raw Women's Champion once again and both stars having been drafted to alternate brands, a title exchange had to go down. Flair went off script, chucking her title away, which did not sit well with anyone. This was arguably the last straw - as reports suggested Flair had no friends left backstage.

1 Survivor Series 2021 - Champion Vs. Champion

The final chapter in the saga so far, the match went on first in front of a raucous Brooklyn crowd. This was a wild brawl, with some wrestling moves incorporated in between. Charlotte was dressed in a villainous Disney costume playing the heel in black, and Becky arrived in "Raw red" complete with superhero boots from the 80s.

In the end, Flair attempted to use the ropes to steal the victory but was caught out by the referee so Becky felt turnaround was fair play, waiting to utilise the leverage from the ropes at the last moment. Becky got very emotional backstage in an exclusive WWE interview due to the intensity of the rivalry and bond they shared. She said Charlotte cannot deny she is the better wrestler, stirring the pot further.
